Suggestions for teaching children English From online tutor Pia

1. Don’t tell them the answer directly. Let them think and discuss.


2. Don’t have to finish all vocabulary in one class. You can let them guess the meaning and discuss it more in English. For example, bakery, what kine of place bakery means do you think? It is selling bread! Great! How to say bread in English?


3. Establish classroom English and connect action and words.


4. This material is easier than Philippine's. It’s not 5 grader’s level. It maybe 2-3 grade in Philippine.


5. We can pronounce the words and let the students to guess how to spell it.
